Any song from Mega man X, X2 and X3, and a few of the classic saga, I remember beating those games many times now, and even to this day I listen to the OST or metal covers of the soundtrack.

Hands down, multiple winners. It's mainline Shin Megami Tensei and Bit Trip Flux.
For SMT, there's no general winner, I could include so many but the highlights is in III, IV, Apocalypse, and V. For V, with no spoilers, Da'at's Battle Theme. Apocalypse, that's ALL of the battle themes. IV, that's A2, A3, B1 - B8, and C1 - C5. Don't forget The Black Market. And III, the battle themes. Again.
For Bit Trip Flux, that's Strange Comfort, IE the menu theme.
I know the game sucks, i know well, but Bubsys music is stuck in there, its not even my favorite OST no, but its just there, and i cant get it out at all..

Sacrificial by Danny Baranowsky, for The Binding of Isaac: Wrath of the Lamb. This track goes so hard, by far my favourite song from the game and one of my favourite video game tracks ever
Floating in space
This song from Witcher 3 quest 'Forefather's Eve'. The whole thing is so atmospheric, has awesome folkloristic vibes, and the song is so perfect, it's one of these game moments that give you goosebumps.
